About Packers and Movers from Bangalore
We started our moving business in 2021 and work out of HSR Layout, Bangalore. We plan and carry out house shifting within the city, household moves from Bangalore to other cities, office and employee relocations, and bike, car and luggage transport.

What we handle
Our moving services team takes on the following work. Each item is confirmed booking by booking, so what you see in your quote is what we have agreed to do.
- Local house shifting in Bangalore: flat to flat, independent house to apartment, PG or studio moves across the city. Area pages, such as HSR Layout and Whitefield, are listed on our locations page.
- Intercity household moves from Bangalore: to Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi NCR and other cities. Route pages are on the same locations page.
- Office and employee relocation: small offices, work-from-home setups and moves paid for or reimbursed by an employer.
- Packing, loading and unloading: with unpacking and furniture reassembly when these are agreed in the quote.
- Vehicle transport: for example bike transport to Hyderabad or car transport to Hyderabad, either with your household goods or on their own.
- Luggage and few-item moves: a few cartons, a fridge and a bed, or a student's belongings. See luggage shifting to Hyderabad as an example.
- Storage or holding: only when we have confirmed that space is available for your dates and agreed the terms with you beforehand.
How we plan a move
A missed cupboard, a truck that cannot reach the building or an estimate that says "packing" without describing it can change the job. These are the three points to settle while planning.
An inventory both sides can check
We list what is going, what is fragile, what needs dismantling and what is staying behind. You get that list with the quote, so if the cupboard in the store room was missed, you can point it out before the day, not at the gate.
Access at both addresses
The pickup is only half the picture. Floor, lift size, parking, gate timings and road width at the new address decide the vehicle, how many people we send and how long unloading takes. We ask about both ends before we quote.
Scope written down
Whether unpacking, bed and wardrobe reassembly, AC uninstallation or TV mounting is included is written in the quote, along with anything we cannot do. Unwritten extras are where most disputes start.
Why we ask for the exact address
"Whitefield" or "HSR Layout" tells us the area, not the job. Two typical Bangalore pickups show why the building matters as much as the locality.

In a large gated society, the questions are usually the goods lift and parking. Can the lift be reserved for a slot? Does it take a three-seater sofa or a fridge upright? Can the truck enter the premises or park near the tower, or will goods be carried from the main gate?
Rules differ from one society to another, so please check with your association office and share what they say. A long carry from the gate changes the team size and timing.
Independent house in HSR Layout
In a two-storey house on a cross road, the trouble spot is often the staircase turn. A king-size bed, a solid-wood wardrobe or an L-shaped sofa may not make the turn in one piece, and the lane may only take a smaller vehicle.
A photo of the staircase landing and the width of the narrowest point help us assess dismantling, a smaller vehicle or another suitable access plan. Specialised lifting needs a separate safety assessment, suitable equipment and building permission.
Who does what on moving day
A booking can involve coordination, packing, loading, road transport and a different person receiving at the destination. Confirm who is responsible for each stage, especially if you will travel ahead of your goods.

Your booking record: six things to keep
Before you pay an advance, make sure you have these in writing, on WhatsApp or email. It takes a few minutes and protects you from confusion and from anyone misusing our name.
- Quote identity: our business name as shown on this page, a quote or reference number, and the date.
- Service scope: both addresses with floor and lift details, what is included, and what is not.
- Coordinating person: the name and number of the person handling your move.
- Inventory reference: the item list or photos the quote is based on.
- Payment and receipt: the payee name for each payment, the mode used, and a receipt for every advance or balance.
- Destination contact: the receiver's name and phone number at the new address.

When the key date changes: a planning example
Consider a family moving from Bellandur to Pune. Goods are packed on Friday, and on Saturday the builder pushes the flat handover by four days. The person who was to receive the goods also has to travel.
The sensible steps are: hold dispatch or re-date it rather than send the truck to a locked flat; confirm in writing whether holding is possible for those days and what it costs, before agreeing to it; name the new receiver, with their phone number, in the booking record; and update the delivery date the coordinator has on file. Every change, and any extra charge, should be agreed in writing before it happens, not settled at the door.

Sometimes. Storage or holding depends on space being available for your dates, and the terms and charges are agreed with you beforehand. Ask about it at the enquiry stage if your handover date is uncertain.
