The journey typically follows the critical NH48 (National Highway 48) corridor, heavily utilized for commercial transport.
Day 1: Departure from Bangalore & Karnataka Border
After a successful loading process at your Bangalore residence, the truck embarks towards the Karnataka-Maharashtra border. The primary halt usually occurs near Hubballi-Dharwad or Belagavi. At this stage, all essential commercial permits and the e-way bill are verified.
Day 2: Traversing Maharashtra
The vehicle enters Maharashtra, navigating through Kolhapur, Pune, and bypassing Mumbai. This stretch is notorious for heavy commercial traffic. Our drivers are instructed to handle the Ghat sections (mountain passes) carefully to prevent any shifting of the loaded boxes inside the container.
Day 3: Entering Gujarat
Crossing into Gujarat, the road conditions generally improve. The route passes via Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad. A major RTO check is standard here. We handle all paperwork seamlessly so there is no delay at the state checkpoints. A second physical inspection of the cargo seals is conducted by our fleet supervisor.
Day 4: Crossing into Rajasthan (The Desert State)
The truck enters Rajasthan, moving past Udaipur, Bhilwara, and Ajmer. As the climate becomes significantly drier and dustier, our heavy-duty weatherproofing packing techniques prove their worth, protecting your wooden furniture and upholstery from fine desert sand.
Day 5/6: Arrival in Sikar & Final Delivery
The vehicle reaches the Sikar district. Upon arrival at our local hub, the unloading phase begins. If your residence is located in narrow streets where heavy trucks are restricted, we immediately deploy smaller shuttle tempos for the final-mile delivery.
