Bangalore to Noida bike transport charges (2026 price guide)
These are planning figures for door-to-door transport from a Bangalore home to a Noida, Greater Noida or Greater Noida West address. They help you budget and compare quotes on the same scope. Your final price is fixed only in the written quote, after we know the exact model, pickup pin, drop address and packing you choose.
| Bike category | Popular models | Linehaul freight | Packing | Door-to-door guide | Planning time* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scooter / Scooty | Activa 6G, Jupiter, Access 125, Ntorq, Fascino | ₹4,800 | ₹600 | ₹5,400 – ₹5,800 | 5–7 days |
| Commuter motorcycle | Hero Splendor, Honda Shine, Platina, Glamour | ₹5,200 | ₹700 | ₹5,900 – ₹6,300 | 5–7 days |
| Sports & naked (150–250cc) | Pulsar NS200, Apache RTR, Duke 200, Yamaha MT-15, R15 | ₹6,400 | ₹850 | ₹7,250 – ₹7,650 | 5–7 days |
| Royal Enfield & cruisers | Classic 350, Bullet, Hunter 350, Meteor, Jawa 42 | ₹7,400 | ₹1,100 | ₹8,500 – ₹8,900 | 5–7 days |
| Adventure tourers | Himalayan 450, KTM 390 Adventure, Dominar 400, BMW 310 GS | ₹8,200 | ₹1,200 | ₹9,400 – ₹9,800 | 5–7 days |
| Electric scooters | Ather 450X, Ola S1 Pro, TVS iQube, Bajaj Chetak | ₹6,200 | ₹950 | ₹7,150 – ₹7,550 | 5–7 days |
| Superbikes & premium (650cc+) | Interceptor 650, Kawasaki Ninja, Z900, Triumph Tiger | ₹11,500 | ₹2,200 (assessed crate packing included) | ₹13,700 – ₹14,100 | 5–7 days |
How to read this table. Freight + packing gives the lower figure. The range above it covers your drop zone (₹0 to ₹400, see the calculator). The superbike row already includes ₹2,200 for assessed crate packing; do not add the same crate twice. For another bike category, the optional crate planning allowance is ₹2,200 in addition to its listed packing. The ₹0–₹400 drop-zone allowance is a calculator assumption; actual gate access, handling, dates and delivery costs need a separate accepted estimate. GST and any transit cover are shown as separate lines in your written quote, as applicable – they are not hidden inside these figures. *Planning time is counted from dispatch; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Worked example (hypothetical, for arithmetic only)
Say you are shifting a Royal Enfield Classic 350 from HSR Layout to a society in Gaur City, Greater Noida West, with standard packing:
- Linehaul freight: ₹7,400
- Packing: ₹1,100
- Greater Noida West drop zone: ₹400
- Door-to-door guide: ₹8,900, plus GST and cover as shown separately in the quote
The same bike going to Sector 18 in central Noida would come to ₹8,500 on this guide. The ₹400 in this worked example is a budgeting assumption for the final stretch, not a fixed society gate fee or universal company tariff. Share the exact gate for the actual estimate.
Bangalore to Noida Bike Transport Cost Calculator
Select the actual model category, drop zone and any assessed crate. The calculator separates freight, packing and the illustrative last-mile allowance; the accepted quote confirms the final scope.
Estimate only. GST and any transit cover are added as separate lines in your written quote. Non-running bikes, modified bikes and unusual sizes are quoted after you share photos and measurements.
Bangalore to Noida Road Route and Dispatch Planning
Allow roughly 2,100–2,200 km between the actual pickup and receiving addresses. Driving routes checked for this page were approximately 2,086 km via NH44, 2,101 km via NH52 and 2,131 km using NH44 and the Yamuna Expressway. These are map options for planning; the assigned goods vehicle must use a lawful corridor and the permitted final approach. A car-map duration is not a bike-delivery promise.
Ask which road corridor and Noida approach your booking uses, whether collection happens before the long-haul vehicle is ready, and where any transfer to a smaller delivery vehicle occurs. For planning, allow about 5–7 days after dispatch, then account separately for collection, consolidation and the society’s receiving appointment. Confirm these dates before arranging your first office or college commute.
Compare the same final address when requesting quotes. Sector 62, an Expressway society and a Greater Noida West gate do not have the same final approach. Heavy rain, diversions, fog and current NCR vehicle restrictions can change progress; confirm the latest dispatch and arrival update rather than reserving a receiving slot from a map estimate.
Noida, Greater Noida and Greater Noida West are not one drop point
People in Bangalore often write just "Noida" on the booking. On the ground, these are five quite different deliveries, and each one has its own way of getting a goods vehicle up to your gate.
Sectors like 15, 18, 27, 34 and 50. Older sectors with kothis, builder floors and smaller societies. Lane width and parking outside the house matter more than gate passes here.
Mostly offices, institutes and industrial plots. If you want the bike at your office, check the office park's goods entry and security rules first. Your office address is not your PG address.
Sectors 128 to 150 and 168. Large towered societies where the security desk decides which gate a goods vehicle uses, at what time, and whether it can go inside at all.
Pari Chowk, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Knowledge Park. Lots of colleges, hostels and student PGs. Hostels often don't allow a delivery vehicle inside, so fix a meeting point.
Noida Extension – Gaur City 1 & 2, Techzone 4 and nearby sectors. Very dense societies. Note: Greater Noida West Sector 1 is not Noida Sector 1, and the pin codes are different.
Sector and campus details to include
For central Noida, include the sector and block—such as 15–16, 18, 21–22, 27–29, 34–37 or 50–51. State the actual society for Sectors 74, 75, 76 and 78; these are separate addresses from the Sector 62–63 office belt. Along the Expressway, distinguish Sectors 128, 134–135, 137, 143–144, 150 and 168 and give the correct goods gate. For Greater Noida, name Pari Chowk, the Knowledge Park number or the Alpha, Beta, Gamma or Delta block. For Greater Noida West, write Gaur City 1 or 2, Techzone 4 or the actual Sector 1/4 society. Availability and access are confirmed for the exact address rather than assumed from a sector list.
Drop address worksheet – fill this before pickup
An incomplete address can delay the final handover even after the highway journey is over. Share these details before dispatch so the receiving arrangement is clear.
| Detail | Example | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Town | Noida / Greater Noida / Greater Noida West | Decides the drop zone and the price line |
| Sector or block + pin code | Sector 137, 2013xx | Avoids the Noida vs Greater Noida West sector mix-up |
| Property name, tower, flat | Society name, Tower C, flat number | The driver asks the guard for this, not the sector |
| Gate for goods vehicles | Service gate / Gate 3 | Main gates often turn delivery vehicles away |
| Entry timing & rules | Goods entry 10 am – 6 pm, resident approval needed | Your RWA or security desk rule, checked by you in advance |
| Unloading spot | Visitor parking near Tower C, ground level | Space to unwrap and check the bike together |
| Receiver + backup receiver | Name and phone of both | If you are in office, someone authorised can still sign |
| Map pin & landmark | Pin dropped on WhatsApp, "near the school opposite" | Helps identify the correct entrance before arrival |
A metro station exit or a highway turn is not an unloading point. If your society or hostel does not allow a goods vehicle inside, tell us before dispatch and we will agree a safe nearby spot and time with you – please don't leave it for the delivery morning.
Already in Noida? Nominate who hands over and who receives
A common case on this route: you have joined the new office in Noida and the bike is still in Bangalore with a flatmate or family member. That works fine if both ends are clear in writing.
Share their name and number in the booking. They show the bike, sign the condition record with photos and hand over the key. Keep the original RC with you; share copies only.
Tell us on WhatsApp who is authorised to receive. Confirm any required receiver identification privately with the booking contact and compare the bike against the pickup condition record before signing.
Note how many keys you are handing over, plus helmet, charger, saddle bags, phone mount or crash guard. Unlisted items are hard to trace later.
Staying in a temporary PG or company guest house first? Tell us before dispatch if the drop address changes. Last-minute changes can affect the drop zone line and timing.
One practical tip – don't plan your first office day around the bike. Keep a cab or metro backup for the first few days, and expect a quick check of tyre pressure and battery before your first ride.
The four clocks on this move
"How many days?" actually has four separate answers. Mixing them up is where most disappointment comes from.
Your flight or train to Delhi NCR. Has nothing to do with the bike's timing.
Pickup, packing and waiting for the vehicle going north. Depends on the pickup date you choose and the next available dispatch.
The long road leg. Our planning range is 5–7 days from dispatch, which can stretch with weather, fog, festival traffic or restrictions.
Getting the bike from arrival to your gate, at a time your society and receiver are available.
If your booking includes a transfer to a smaller vehicle
A long-route truck usually can't go into every sector lane or society. For some bookings, the bike is moved from the long-route vehicle to a smaller vehicle for the last stretch. One booking does not always mean one vehicle for the whole 2,000+ km. If a transfer is part of your plan, ask these questions before you book:
- Will condition photos and a count of keys and accessories be taken at the transfer point?
- Who is responsible for the bike during the transfer, and whom do you call at that stage?
- What is the expected time from arrival to last-mile delivery?
- If your society refuses entry on that day, where is the bike kept, and is redelivery charged? Get this in the quote.
Winter air quality rules (GRAP) and Noida deliveries
From around October, Delhi-NCR's Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) can be invoked in stages depending on air quality. The actions are different for each stage. They also differ by vehicle class, fuel and emission norm, and between vehicles entering Delhi and vehicles moving within NCR districts such as Gautam Buddh Nagar. The stage in force can change within days.
What this means for you, practically:
- Check the actual carrier and delivery vehicle against the current order for the route and date. Registration and any restrictions on later riding the bike are separate questions. Confirm which current order, stage and vehicle requirements the booking team has checked for dispatch and delivery.
- In winter, keep one or two days of buffer in your plans. Fog on the northern highways can also slow things down independent of GRAP.
- If an order changes during transit, ask for an updated arrival and receiving plan before arranging your handover.
Door bike carrier vs train parcel vs other options – compare on equal scope
A quote is only cheap if it covers the same work. Before comparing numbers, check that each option includes the same pickup, packing, drop point and paperwork. This table lists what to check, not who is better.
| What to compare | Door-to-door enclosed carrier | Open / shared carrier | Train parcel | Depot-to-depot |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pickup | Your Bangalore address | Ask – home or depot | You take the bike to the station parcel office | You drop at their depot |
| Drop | Your Noida address as per worksheet | Ask – door or nearest point | Destination station; you arrange the road leg to Noida | Their NCR depot; you collect |
| Packing | Included in the quote | Ask what is included | Proper packing required; arranged by you or a packer | Ask what is included |
| Fuel | Very little fuel, as per carrier instruction | As per carrier instruction | Empty tank required | As per carrier instruction |
| Extra legs you pay for | None if the door address is in the quote | Ask | Both station legs, packing, any porter or tempo | Both depot legs |
| Cover | Ask the declared value, exclusions and claim steps in writing | Same questions | As per railway rules for the booking | Same questions |
Thinking of train parcel? What the railway asks for
If you are travelling on the same train, the bike goes as luggage on your ticket; if you are not travelling with it, it goes as a parcel. Indian Railways asks for a copy of the RC and a government ID, proper packing, an empty petrol tank, labels and a forwarding note, and loading depends on space being available on that train. Rates, timings and the destination parcel office should be checked at the station on the day. Remember that for Noida you still need to plan the road trip from the Delhi-area station to your sector.
How we pack a bike for a 2,000+ km road trip
A long road run means hours of vibration. The aim is simple: nothing rubs, nothing sticks out, nothing moves.
A soft sheet or foam goes on painted parts first. Tape is used only on packing material, never directly on paint or decals.
On the tank, side panels, headlamp and instrument console.
Brake and clutch levers, footpegs, indicators, mirrors and silencer.
Around side panels, fairings and crash guards to take knocks.
Dust and moisture cover over the full bike.
Use suitable stabilisation and securing following the bike manufacturer’s and actual carrier’s instructions, with competent assessment of attachment points, suspension and protruding parts.
Mirrors are removed only if the model needs it, and they are listed on the condition record. Superbikes and fully faired bikes can go in a full timber crate on request.
Prepare your model before pickup
- Scooter / scooty: empty the dickey, remove phone holders and loose covers, keep both keys ready.
- Commuter bike: check tyres hold air; remove the tank bag and any loose items.
- Sports and faired bikes: point out existing scratches or cracks; consider the crate for full fairings.
- Royal Enfield and cruisers: these are heavy – mention saddle stays, crash guards and backrests so packing is planned for them.
- Adventure tourers: share whether panniers, top box and tall screen go with the bike or separately. Tall bikes may need measurements.
- Superbikes 650cc+: share model, aftermarket parts and anything that lowers ground clearance, like a modified exhaust.
- Non-running or accident bikes: tell us before the quote. They need extra people to load and are priced separately.
Electric scooters – Ather, Ola S1, TVS iQube, Chetak
For an electric scooter, confirm the actual model and condition before selecting a shipment mode. There is no one rule for every EV, so we go by your manufacturer's guidance and the carrier's acceptance conditions.
- Check your owner's manual or the brand's service centre for transport and storage advice, including the charge level they suggest.
- Tell us about any battery warning, swelling, damage, water exposure or modification. A battery with a known issue should be inspected by the service centre before shipping.
- Arrange any battery or isolation work through an appropriate qualified service following the manufacturer’s instructions; do not improvise battery opening or disconnection.
- Pack the portable charger separately, list it on the condition record, and note any removable battery.
- At delivery, check the display, warning lights and charge before the first ride. If something looks off, call the service centre before riding.
Documents: shipping papers vs registration
Two different things often get mixed up – the papers needed to ship the bike, and what you need to do about registration once you live in UP.
Copy of the RC, copy of valid insurance and PUC, and the owner's photo ID. Keep the originals with you. You get a consignment note (bilty) with the bike details – keep it safe.
If the RC shows hypothecation, check with your bank or finance company whether they need to be informed about the move.
If the bike will stay in UP, ask the RTO about re-registration. The Parivahan NOC process uses Form 28 under Section 48, applied to the RTO where the bike is registered. Requirements and fees can vary by state.
Confirm registration, ownership, finance and tax requirements for the actual move with the relevant authority. For road tax, NOC timing and re-registration in Gautam Buddh Nagar (UP-16), please check with your Bangalore RTO, the Noida RTO or the Parivahan portal for your exact case.
Delivery check and what to do if something is wrong
- Match the bike. Registration number, model and colour against the consignment note.
- Unwrap together. Check paint, panels, levers, mirrors, indicators and lights against the pickup photos.
- Count the extras. Keys, helmet, charger, bags and any accessories listed at pickup.
- Note the odometer. Compare it with the reading noted at pickup.
- Write it down. Any visible issue or missing item goes on the delivery receipt before you sign, with photos on WhatsApp the same day.
- Get it checked if unsure. If something feels off – brakes, a fluid leak, a warning light – show it to a mechanic before riding.
If you notice a scratch only after unwrapping fully, report it with photos within the notice period stated in your written terms or cover. The declared value, exclusions and claim steps are given in writing with your quote, so you know them before booking – ask us if anything is unclear.

Bike Transport Bangalore to Noida: FAQs
What are bike transport charges from Bangalore to Noida?
On our 2026 price guide, door-to-door bike transport from Bangalore to Noida is about ₹5,400 to ₹5,800 for a scooter, ₹5,900 to ₹6,300 for a commuter bike, ₹7,250 to ₹7,650 for a 150–250cc sports bike, ₹8,500 to ₹8,900 for a Royal Enfield, ₹9,400 to ₹9,800 for an adventure tourer, ₹7,150 to ₹7,550 for an electric scooter and ₹13,700 to ₹14,100 for a 650cc+ superbike. These ranges use the guide’s ₹0–₹400 illustrative drop-zone allowance. The superbike category already includes assessed crate packing; an optional crate for other categories adds a separate ₹2,200 planning allowance. Actual model, access, date and accepted scope determine the quote. GST and cover are shown separately in the written quote.
How long does bike transport from Bangalore to Noida take?
Our planning range is 5 to 7 days from the day the bike is dispatched, for a road distance of roughly 2,100 to 2,200 km. Add the time for pickup and the next dispatch before that, and the last-mile handover after arrival. Weather, winter fog, festival traffic or air quality restrictions can stretch it, so keep a small buffer and don't plan your first office ride on the expected day.
Can I ride my Karnataka registered bike in Noida, and when do I need an NOC?
Shipping papers, registration, ownership, finance and road tax are separate questions. Check the actual requirements with the relevant Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh authorities. Official Parivahan guidance describes applying for an NOC in Form 28 under Section 48 to the registering authority. Do not rely on an assumed blanket 11-month exemption or guaranteed processing time.
Can you deliver inside a high-rise society on Noida Expressway or in Greater Noida West?
Yes, when the society allows a goods vehicle in. Each society has its own rules on which gate, what time and whether resident approval is needed. Please check this with your security desk or RWA and share the tower, gate, unloading spot and receiver details before dispatch. If entry is not allowed, we agree a safe nearby spot and time with you in advance.
Does GRAP in Delhi-NCR affect bike delivery to Noida?
GRAP actions depend on the current stage and order, vehicle class, fuel/emission standard and whether the carrier enters Delhi or operates within another NCR district. Confirm the actual route, carrier and delivery vehicle for your dates, and obtain an updated arrival plan if an order changes. A permanent all-fleet exemption should not be assumed.
Is train parcel cheaper than a bike carrier from Bangalore to Noida?
The railway charge can look lower, but compare it on the same scope. With train parcel you take the bike to the station, arrange proper packing, empty the petrol tank, submit RC copy, ID and a forwarding note, and then collect it at a Delhi-area station and bring it to Noida yourself. Loading depends on space on that train. A door-to-door quote includes pickup, packing and drop at your address.
How do you transport an electric scooter like Ather, Ola, iQube or Chetak to Noida?
Confirm written carrier acceptance for the exact EV model and condition, and follow the manufacturer’s transport and storage instructions. Disclose damage, battery warnings, recalls, modifications or a non-running scooter. Arrange any technical work with an appropriate qualified service, list the charger and keys, and have concerns checked before riding after delivery.
What documents are needed for bike shifting from Bangalore to Noida?
Confirm actual requirements with the booking contact, including vehicle ownership and any identity, insurance, PUC or nominated-handover copies requested. Share required documents privately and keep originals with you. Retain the consignment note, condition record and invoice; finance or registration changes need separate checks.
How much petrol should be in the tank?
For a road carrier, follow the actual written fuel and preparation instructions for the selected model and mode. For railway two-wheeler parcel or luggage, the official guidance requires an empty petrol tank. Arrange appropriate assistance rather than draining fuel in an enclosed parking area.
What if my bike has a scratch or damage at delivery?
Unwrap and check the bike together with our team, against the pickup photos. Write any visible issue or missing item on the delivery receipt before signing and send photos on WhatsApp the same day. If you find something after full unwrapping, report it within the notice period in your written terms. The declared value, exclusions and claim steps are given in writing with your quote.
Is Greater Noida West delivery priced differently from Noida?
The estimator uses an illustrative drop-zone allowance of ₹0 for central Noida, ₹100 for the Sector 58–63 belt, ₹200 for Expressway societies, ₹300 for Greater Noida and ₹400 for Greater Noida West. These are planning assumptions, not fixed gate fees. Actual delivery depends on the full address, gate, access and date; Greater Noida West Sector 1 and Noida Sector 1 are different places.
I have already moved to Noida. Can someone else hand over and receive the bike?
Nominate who may release the bike in Bangalore and receive it at the agreed Noida-area gate. Confirm authority and necessary document copies privately with the booking contact. Record keys, accessories, odometer and condition, then compare the bike against the same record before signing at delivery.
Can I track my bike during transit?
You get a consignment number that works with our WhatsApp status-request option, and status updates at the main stages like pickup, dispatch and out for delivery. If you need more detail at any point, call or WhatsApp 7015440700. Live vehicle location is not promised for every shipment.
Do you transport scooty for students going to Knowledge Park or Pari Chowk?
Share the exact hostel or PG, town, sector, gate and authorised receiver. A scooter to Greater Noida has an illustrative estimator total of ₹5,700 from ₹4,800 freight, ₹600 packing and a ₹300 planning delivery allowance, before applicable tax and chosen cover. Actual access, shipment acceptance, date and charges must be confirmed; arrange a backup receiver if you have classes.
