A Bengaluru to Noida household move needs a plan for both ends of a roughly 2,100–2,200 km journey. The actual pickup gate, permitted truck corridor and destination property change the distance and arrival. An office transfer, student move, furnished rental and a newly handed-over Noida Extension flat each need a different inventory and receiving plan.
This page is written to help you plan the move properly, not just collect a number. You will find realistic charges for 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes and what those charges should include, how many days each part of the move really takes, when a shared truck makes sense and when it doesn't, and how to plan delivery at a Noida society tower, an office in an institutional sector or a campus. Car, bike, small loads, setup, storage and transit cover are covered further down.
We are based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Every quote we give for Noida is written after we survey your actual goods (on video or in person), because the BHK count alone does not tell anyone how much space your things will take in a truck.
| Route detail | What to plan for |
|---|---|
| Road distance | Roughly 2,100–2,200 km door to door. Driving routes we checked come to about 2,086 km via NH44, 2,101 km via NH52 and 2,131 km via NH44 and the Yamuna Expressway. The final figure depends on your exact pickup and drop gates and the corridor the truck is permitted to use. |
| Car driving time vs truck time | Google may show around 35 hours for a car. That is not the time for a loaded household truck, which runs slower, has driver rest stops and must respect city entry timings. |
| Door-to-door window (planning) | Dedicated truck: about 5–8 days from packing day. Shared truck: about 7–12 days, depending on when the vehicle fills up. Details in the timeline section below. |
| Destination areas covered by this page | Noida sectors, Noida Extension (Greater Noida West) and Greater Noida. Ghaziabad and Delhi addresses are handled on their own route pages because the access and entry rules are different. |
Bangalore to Noida Shifting Charges
The ranges below are planning guides for a full-service move — packing in Bangalore, loading, road transport to Noida, unloading and basic reassembly. They help you budget. Your actual quote comes after the survey, once we know the real volume, the fragile and heavy items, and the access at both ends.
| Move size | Planning range | What usually decides where you land in the range |
|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK | ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 | Whether you have a double bed with storage, fridge, washing machine and a 2-seater sofa, or mostly cartons and a mattress. Shared truck is common at this size. |
| 2 BHK | ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 | Number of wardrobes and beds, a glass dining table, modular items that need dismantling, number of cartons for kitchen and books, shared vs dedicated truck. |
| 3 BHK / villa | ₹48,000 – ₹65,000 and above | Heavy solid-wood furniture, piano or treadmill, artwork, two or more ACs, plants, and whether one truck is enough. Large villas can need a bigger vehicle or a second one. |
| Car (hatchback / sedan) | ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 | Open or enclosed carrier, carrier departure date, pickup and drop points. SUVs and premium cars are quoted after we know the model. |
| Bike | Quoted after model check | Commonly advertised starting levels on this route are around ₹5,000 for a standard commuter bike. Heavy cruisers, EVs and premium models are assessed separately. See the bike section below. |
These are planning ranges, not fixed rates. A 2 BHK does not automatically mean a fixed number of cubic feet or a whole truck — two 2 BHK homes can have very different furniture, cartons and packing needs.
What a Bangalore to Noida estimate should spell out
When two quotes look very different, it is usually because they cover different things. Before you compare, check that each estimate says clearly, line by line:
| Item | What to look for in writing |
|---|---|
| Inventory and volume | A list of the goods surveyed, so you can tell if something was missed. A quote without an inventory is a guess. |
| Packing materials and labour | Which items get special packing (TV, glass, artwork, polished wood) and which go in standard cartons. |
| Loading in Bangalore | Floor number, lift or staircase, distance from the flat to where the truck can stand. |
| Transport mode | Shared or dedicated, vehicle size, and the planning window for dispatch and delivery. |
| Tolls and fuel | Confirm whether tolls and driver/fuel expenses are included or additional, and the accepted total for the same corridor and service scope. |
| Unloading in Noida | Floor, lift, and carrying distance at the Noida end, plus a shuttle vehicle if the main truck cannot reach the tower. |
| Unpacking and reassembly | Whether cartons are only unloaded or also unpacked, and which furniture is reassembled. |
| AC, TV, RO and other setup | Listed separately with the technician's scope. Record any assessed refrigerant, copper pipe, bracket or other material as included or additional. |
| GST | Whether the figure is inclusive or exclusive of GST. |
| Transit cover | The type of cover you have chosen, your declared value, the premium, and the main exclusions. |
| Storage, if needed | Rate basis, handling charges and the redelivery leg, quoted separately. |
Illustration: why two 2 BHK quotes don't match
This is a made-up example for explanation only — it is not an invoice or a real customer's move. Say a family in Bellandur gets two quotes for the same 2 BHK going to Sector 78:
| Line | Quote A | Quote B |
|---|---|---|
| Inventory attached | Yes, 38 items + approx. 45 cartons | No, "2 BHK full house" |
| Mode | Dedicated 17 ft | Not mentioned |
| Tolls | Included | Not mentioned |
| Shuttle at Noida society | Included if truck is stopped at gate | Not mentioned |
| AC reinstallation | Listed, technician extra for gas | "Free setup" |
| Transit cover | Type, declared value and premium shown | "Insured" |
| GST | Shown separately | Not mentioned |
Quote B may look cheaper, but you cannot actually compare it until every "not mentioned" line is answered in writing. Ask the same questions to every mover, on the same inventory, and the gap usually narrows.
Shared Truck vs Dedicated Truck on the Noida Route
Both options work. The right one depends on your volume, how fixed your dates are, and how much handling your goods can take. We quote both after the survey wherever both make sense, so you can see the actual difference for your load rather than a generic rate.
| Point | Shared truck (part load) | Dedicated truck (full load) |
|---|---|---|
| Suits | 1 BHK, students, few items, flexible dates | 2 BHK and above, fixed joining dates, many fragile or high-value items |
| How it moves | Your goods share space with other North India loads. Dispatch happens once the vehicle has enough load, and goods may be shifted at a transit hub. | One vehicle carries only your goods from your Bangalore pickup to your Noida address. |
| Handling | More touches — loading, possible hub transfer, unloading in sequence with others | Confirm direct movement and any required access transfer |
| Door-to-door planning window | About 7–12 days | About 5–8 days |
| Date control | Delivery date is less predictable | Easier to match with your society's move-in slot |
| Cost basis | Based on the space and weight you use | You pay for the whole vehicle, whether full or not |
| Watch out for | Loose labelling, items mixing with other loads. Insist on numbered cartons and a printed inventory. | Paying for a 19 ft truck when a 14 ft would do. Ask why that size was chosen. |
A practical tip: if your 2 BHK is light (rented flat, few wardrobes) and your dates are flexible, a shared truck can save a decent amount. If your joining date is fixed and your society in Noida gives you only one move-in slot, a dedicated truck is usually worth it — a missed slot can cost you an extra day of hotel stay and a re-booking of the lift.
How Many Days Bangalore to Noida Shifting Takes
"3 days delivery" claims usually count only the road time, and sometimes not even that. It is better to look at the clock in parts, because each part can move independently.
| Stage | Typical time | What can stretch it |
|---|---|---|
| Survey and written estimate | Agree the appointment and estimate turnaround for the actual inventory | Waiting on your final list of what goes and what stays |
| Packing and loading in Bangalore | 1 day for most 1–2 BHK; 2 days for a large 3 BHK or villa | Lift booking in your Bangalore society, heavy furniture, rain on packing day |
| Wait before dispatch | Confirm planned dispatch for the reserved vehicle; for shared space, confirm any consolidation wait separately | Shared vehicle filling up with other North-bound loads |
| Road transit (~2,100–2,200 km) | Dedicated: about 4–6 days. Shared: about 5–8 days including hub handling | Driver rest, festival traffic, city entry timings, winter fog in North India |
| Receiving in Noida | Half a day for most homes | Society slot timing; if the slot is missed, delivery may shift to the next day |
| Unpacking and setup | Same day for basic reassembly | AC, RO and TV technicians work to their own slots |
These are planning windows, not promises. We share the actual dispatch date and expected arrival once the vehicle is assigned, and update you if anything changes on the way.
Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida — Get the Address Right First
Many people in Bangalore say "Noida" for anything east of Delhi. For a mover, the difference matters, because the authority, the roads, the society rules and sometimes the route all change.
| Destination | Typical property | What to confirm before dispatch |
|---|---|---|
| Noida sectors (e.g. Sector 50, 76, 78, 137, 150) | Gated high-rise societies, some independent houses in older sectors | Sector, society name, tower and flat number, pin code, move-in form and slot |
| Noida Extension / Greater Noida West | Large newer societies, many recently handed over | Exact society and tower (several projects have similar names), possession status, whether lifts and service gates are fully working yet |
| Greater Noida (Pari Chowk, Knowledge Park, Alpha/Beta/Gamma sectors) | Plotted houses, societies, colleges and hostels | Sector naming, college or hostel receiving rules if it's a student move |
| Noida institutional sectors (e.g. Sector 62, 125, 126) | Offices, IT parks, institutions | Building, receiving department, weekday hours, security gate entry for goods vehicles |
| Ghaziabad (Indirapuram, Raj Nagar Extension) or Delhi | Different district or state | Handled on our Bangalore to Ghaziabad and Bangalore to Delhi routes |
Share the pin code exactly as it appears on your allotment letter, rent agreement or offer letter. Noida Extension addresses in particular get written in two or three different ways, and a wrong pin can send a shared-load consignment to the wrong local hand-off point.
Receiving Plan for Noida Society Towers
The packing can be perfect and the truck on time, and the delivery can still go wrong at the society gate. Noida societies each have their own move-in rules, set by the RWA or the maintenance agency, and they are not the same everywhere — notice period, timing windows, deposits and lift booking differ from one society to the next. So instead of assuming, we work through this checklist with you before the truck leaves Bangalore.
| Check | Why it matters | Who usually confirms it |
|---|---|---|
| Exact address: sector, society, tower, flat, pin | A multi-tower property needs the correct tower, service entrance and lift identified | You |
| Move-in form or gate pass | Security may not let a goods vehicle in without it | Maintenance office / estate manager |
| Allowed move-in days and hours | Some societies block evenings, Sundays or certain afternoon hours | Maintenance office |
| Service gate | The main gate is often for residents' cars only | Security supervisor |
| Basement or porch height clearance | Compare the actual vehicle’s overall height, width and turning needs with measured clearance; bed length alone does not establish access | Maintenance office |
| Where the truck is allowed to stop | Decides the carrying distance and whether a shuttle is needed | Security / maintenance office |
| Service lift size, capacity and slot | A 3-door wardrobe or a large fridge may not fit a small lift; slots may need advance booking | Maintenance office |
| Refundable deposit or move-in charge, if any | Better to know before, not at the gate | Maintenance office |
| Backup receiver | If your flight or train is late, someone with flat keys and authority must be present | You |
Sector 78 and Sector 150: what's different in practice
Sector 78 has several large high-rise societies close together, with sector roads that get busy at office hours. The challenge here is usually the stopping point — the truck may get only a short window near the service gate, and the crew then carries goods through the society to the tower. Planning the unloading around the society's allowed hours, rather than the truck's arrival, saves a lot of waiting.
Sector 150 has many large, spread-out projects with long internal roads and towers set far apart. Here the carrying distance from the gate to your tower can be long, and some societies will only let smaller vehicles inside. If the main truck is stopped at the gate, a smaller shuttle vehicle takes goods to the tower in a few rounds.
In Noida Extension, newer societies sometimes have handed-over flats while work is still going on in other towers. Check that the service lift in your tower is actually running, and whether the society has a separate entry for goods vehicles during construction.
About shuttle charges: we don't add a blanket shuttle fee to every Noida quote. If the society confirms the main truck can't reach the tower, the shuttle is priced on the number of trips, the distance from the stopping point and the extra labour, and we tell you this before dispatch.
Office, Institution and Campus Deliveries in Sector 62
Receiving goods at an office or campus in Noida is quite different from a home tower. Take a public example: the IIM Lucknow Noida Campus is at B-1, Sector 62 Institutional Area, Noida 201307. Note that this is the Noida campus, not the Lucknow city campus — moves to Lucknow city are a separate Bangalore to Lucknow route. Even with a clear public address like this, the plot number alone is not enough for delivery. You need the building or block, the receiving department, the entry gate for goods vehicles, the security permission and a named person to sign.
Two kinds of moves often land at the same institutional address, and they should be kept apart:
- Personal effects of a student or employee — books, clothes, a laptop, a cycle or bike. These move as household goods under the person's own name, with their own inventory and declaration.
- Assets owned by the organisation — desktops, servers, files, furniture. These need the owner's written authority, an asset list and business consignment papers. They should not be mixed into someone's personal shipment.
Office and IT relocation checklist
| Step | What we need from you | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| Authority | Authorisation letter from the company or institution naming the contact person | Raise the consignment papers in the owner's name |
| Data backup | Your IT team confirms backups are taken and verified before shutdown | We do not open, test or handle data — we move the hardware only after you confirm |
| Asset list and labels | Asset tag numbers, user names or seat numbers | Label each item and its cables with the destination seat or room |
| Packing | Notice of servers, monitors, printers and any rack equipment | Pack monitors and CPUs individually; follow the manufacturer's guidance for servers and racks |
| Receiving in Noida | Building access on a working day, loading point, lift details, security entry | Plan arrival inside office hours and unload by floor and seat plan |
| First working day | Who sets up the network and power at the new site | Keep a first-day box marked separately: extension boards, routers, patch cords, chargers, keyboard-mouse sets |
Confirm the particular office or campus receiving appointment with its facilities contact, including any weekend or evening access, goods gate, crew/vehicle entry list and authorised signatory. Public visiting hours do not establish goods-delivery permission. A residential tower in Sector 78 or 150 needs its own receiving confirmation rather than the office schedule.
Household Packing for a 2,100 km Move
Room-by-room packing and labelling
We pack room by room and number every carton. Each carton gets the room name and a number that matches the inventory, so in Noida the crew knows which carton goes to the kitchen and which to the bedroom. Clothes go in cartons or wardrobe boxes, kitchen items are wrapped piece by piece, and books are packed in small cartons so they don't become too heavy to carry safely up a staircase.
Furniture dismantling and reassembly
Beds, dining tables and modular wardrobes are dismantled where needed, with screws and fittings bagged and labelled to the item number, without adhesive on finished surfaces. Sofas and solid-wood pieces get padding on corners and legs. In Noida, the crew reassembles what was dismantled. Wall-fixed items, new hardware and carpentry work beyond reassembly are discussed and priced separately.
Fragile items: TV, glass, artwork and polished wood
There is no single wrap that suits everything. We look at each item and choose protection that suits its surface and shape:
- TV: original box if you still have it; otherwise a TV-specific carton or frame, with the screen protected from pressure. Follow the manufacturer’s packing and orientation guidance.
- Glass tops and mirrors: edge guards, sheet protection on both faces, and a wooden frame or crate when the size or value calls for it.
- Artwork and framed photos: no tape directly on the canvas or frame surface; face protection first, then padding and a rigid outer layer.
- Polished or lacquered wood: soft cloth or blanket against the finish first, because some plastic wraps can mark a fresh polish, especially in heat.
Unpacking and placement
Record which cartons are to be opened, room placement, named furniture reassembly and packing-material collection in the accepted scope. If you need shelves or wardrobes fully arranged, identify that task separately at survey. Keep access paths clear and inspect fragile items before the packing is removed.
Heat, rain and winter fog on the Noida end
Bangalore is mild most of the year; Noida is not. Summers in NCR can go well past 40°C, the monsoon runs roughly July to September, and December–January brings dense fog that slows highway traffic. An ordinary goods truck is not climate controlled, and honestly no packing makes goods "climate-proof" or "waterproof". What actually helps:
- Prepare, drain/defrost and dry appliances according to manufacturer instructions or a qualified technician before packing.
- Keep candles, cosmetics and medicines that melt or spoil in heat with you, not in the truck.
- Use moisture-resistant outer covers on mattresses and sofas, and keep cartons off the floor during loading in rain.
- Unload under cover — a porch, basement or stilt area — when it is raining in Noida, and wait if needed.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the fridge and washing machine before switching them on again.
- In fog season, keep a buffer day in your plan; drivers slow down and some highways see delays.
Setup After Delivery: AC, TV, RO, Curtains and Furniture
Setup is where many moves get messy, because people assume the crew will do everything. Here's what is realistic:
| Item | What can be included | What usually needs a technician or extra cost |
|---|---|---|
| Split AC | Uninstall in Bangalore, pack indoor and outdoor units, reinstall in Noida | Gas top-up, extra copper pipe, new outdoor stand, core-cutting if the wall has no hole |
| TV | Dismount, pack and place on a stand | Wall mounting — needs the wall type, bracket and society permission for drilling |
| RO purifier | Uninstall, drain and pack | Confirm the inlet/drainage points and ask a qualified or brand technician to assess installation, filter suitability and any fittings |
| Curtain rods, wall shelves | Removal and packing | Drilling and refitting in the new flat |
| Beds, wardrobes, dining table | Dismantling and reassembly | New fittings or carpentry changes |
| Washing machine, fridge | Placement and basic connection where points are ready | Plumbing changes, new inlet pipes |
Technicians in Noida work on their own slots, and availability on the exact delivery day is not something any mover can promise. Book AC and RO setup as soon as you know your delivery date, and keep it for the day after delivery if your society's move-in slot is late in the day.
Small Moves: Students, PG, Furnished Rentals and Few Items
Not every Bangalore to Noida move is a full house. If you are a student joining a college in Greater Noida, a professional moving from a PG in Marathahalli, or someone leaving a furnished flat, you may only have a bed, a study table, a bike and 15–20 cartons.
- Shared truck is usually the most sensible option for this size. Charges depend on the space and weight you actually use, with a minimum load charge.
- Furnished rentals: list only what is yours. The landlord's furniture and appliances stay, and a clear inventory avoids arguments later.
- Hostels and PGs in Noida: check whether the hostel lets a goods vehicle inside, and the hours. Some only allow hand-carried luggage at the gate.
- Bike plus cartons: can often go in the same shared load, which saves a separate booking.
Share carton counts, dimensions and photographs of the larger items, with both gates and floors. The survey should establish minimum billing, packing, acceptance, shared-run availability and collection/drop scope rather than assuming a short list automatically has a fixed low price.
Car and Bike Transport from Bangalore to Noida
Car transport
Cars go on a car carrier — open is the common choice, enclosed for premium cars when available. A carrier leaves once it has enough cars booked, so the timing is usually around 7–12 days door to door. The steps:
- Documents: copy of RC, valid insurance, your ID. For a company-leased or financed car, carry the lessor's or bank's authorisation where required.
- Preparation: follow the assigned carrier’s fuel/battery and fitting instructions with manufacturer guidance, remove valuables and loose accessories, record the odometer, and agree FASTag handling and any authorised driven service legs.
- Condition report: the car is inspected at pickup and existing scratches and dents are recorded with photos. You get a copy.
- Arrival: inspect in daylight against the pickup report before signing. Any new damage goes on the delivery receipt with photos.
If the car will stay in Uttar Pradesh long term, check the current re-registration rules for vehicles from another state with your RTO.
Bike transport
A bike can travel with your household goods in the same truck, in a shared load, or on its own. Packing protects the tank, mirrors, handlebar and indicators with foam and corrugated sheets; a wooden crate is used only when the model or value calls for it, not for every bike.
- Standard commuter bikes and scooters: quoted on the mode you choose. Commonly advertised starting levels on this route are around ₹5,000; our quote depends on the model, packing and pickup point.
- Heavy cruisers and premium bikes: assessed for weight, size and handling before we quote.
- Electric scooters and bikes: battery type and whether it is removable changes how it can be carried. Tell us the exact model.
- Before handover: confirm manufacturer/carrier fuel and battery preparation, fitting requirements, owner/RC/insurance copies, condition photos and any authorised collection/drop arrangements.
For detailed costs by city, see our bike transport charges guide.
Storage When Your Noida Flat Isn't Ready
If possession or painting may delay receiving, ask before dispatch whether suitable holding can be arranged for the actual dates and volume. Compare the available origin or destination option with rescheduling, and confirm its facility, conditions, rate basis, handling, selected cover and redelivery scope.
- Hold before dispatch in Bangalore — useful when the delay is long or uncertain.
- Hold near the destination — useful when the flat will be ready in a few days and you want quick delivery once keys are in hand.
Confirm the actual storage charge and time/volume basis, handling-in and handling-out, access, selected cover during holding and the redelivery leg as included or additional. Count goods and record condition against the inventory on each handover; packing labels help identification but do not replace the count.
Tracking, Delivery Receipt and Damage Records
Once your goods are dispatched, keep your docket number when requesting an update. The website update box prepares a WhatsApp message to the team; it does not display shipment status automatically. We also keep you posted on the phone about the dispatch, the expected arrival and the receiver details confirmed for Noida.
At delivery:
- Count the cartons and big items against the inventory.
- Open fragile items — TV, glass, artwork — in the crew's presence.
- Write any missing item or damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and take clear photos.
- Report promptly in writing with the docket and inventory numbers. If damage appears during later unpacking, retain the item and materials, photograph the package label and follow any selected cover’s evidence and reporting procedure.
A claim, if any, is handled as per the terms of the cover you chose. That's why the condition record at pickup and the note on the delivery receipt matter so much.
Documents: Household Goods vs Business Consignment
| Type | Usual papers |
|---|---|
| Used household goods and personal effects | Inventory or packing list, a self-declaration that these are your used personal belongings, copy of ID and address |
| Business or institutional consignment | Tax invoice or delivery challan, e-way bill where GST rules require it, authorisation letter from the owner organisation |
Keep the two separate even if the same person is moving both. Mixing office laptops into a household shipment creates confusion with paperwork and with any claim.
What we don't load
LPG cylinders with gas, petrol or diesel in cans, firecrackers, acids and other flammable or hazardous material are not carried. Cash, jewellery, passports, property papers and certificates should travel with you. Perishable food and plants are best not sent on a trip of this length.
Route and NCR Permissions
Our trucks don't follow one fixed highway for every Noida move. The corridor depends on the vehicle, the date, and what is permitted at that time. NCR also has rules that change with the season and the area:
- Delhi has its own entry fees and restrictions for goods vehicles. These apply when the vehicle enters Delhi, and are not automatically part of a delivery to Noida.
- Heavy goods vehicles can face timing limits on certain roads and stretches in and around Noida.
- In winter, air-quality action plans in NCR can put temporary restrictions on some categories of diesel goods vehicles.
We check the restrictions that apply to the actual vehicle and date before dispatch, and plan the arrival time around them. If something changes and affects your delivery, we tell you in advance.
How Booking Works
- Survey: video call or home visit in Bangalore. We list every item and check access at your current home.
- Written estimate: line by line, with mode, planning window, inclusions, GST and cover options.
- Noida receiving plan: we go through the society or office checklist with you and fix the arrival window.
- Packing and loading: on the agreed date, with an inventory copy given to you.
- Dispatch and docket: tracking number shared, updates on the way.
- Delivery, unpacking and reassembly: as per the scope in your estimate.
If your date changes, tell us as early as possible. Before packing, a new date is usually a matter of re-allocating the vehicle; for shared loads it depends on the next available vehicle. Changes after dispatch, such as a different delivery address, are worked out case by case, and any extra cost is explained before it is applied.
