Our Proprietary 4-Layer Hermetic Sealing Process
EPE Foam Contact Layer
Directly against polished wood, leather sofas, and electronics, we apply Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) foam. Unlike bubble wrap, EPE does not stick to varnishes when exposed to heat inside a truck container, preventing paint peel.
Industrial Bubble Wrap
A heavy-duty 20mm GSM bubble wrap layer is tightly bound over the EPE foam. This acts as the primary pneumatic shock absorber against the intense lateral vibrations and sudden braking required in the ghat sections.
Virgin Corrugated Shell
We encase the item in 5-ply virgin corrugated sheets. This rigid outer skeleton provides structural defense against piercing impacts if another box shifts during transit.
Stretch Film Moisture Lock
The critical final defense. The entire constructed parcel is aggressively wound in heavy-duty industrial stretch/shrink wrap. This creates a waterproof, hermetic seal, absolutely locking out 100% of coastal humidity and rain.
The Mangalore Transit Corridor
To establish complete geographical authority on this route, our heavy trucks bypass the deeply interior, poorly maintained state highways. We utilize the primary National Highway network via Hassan and Mangalore (NH75 and NH66). This strategic routing provides smoother tarmac, significantly reducing the kinetic vibration transmitted to your delicate electronics.
Once the truck crosses the Talapady border checkpost into Kasaragod district, we deploy local Malayalam-speaking navigators. Coastal Kasaragod is characterized by narrow, sandy alleys and densely packed residential compounds where a 20ft container truck simply cannot reverse.
